Two demos

 So, the figures is a demo from my Keene workshop...an oil.  And, the flowers are an oil demo from my morning oil class.  Although they are different images, the approach is very similar.  Big brush, sculpt the plains and the shapes.

Toiletries

I don't really enjoy doing still lifes and am always thinking of something different to do in my oil class.  This is "Toiletries", a 9 x 12 demo from this morning

Cat Pitcher

My oil painting demo from my morning class.  The idea was, once again, to think of shapes in an abstract way...group your tulips rather than paint each one separately.  The star is the pitcher and the tulips are accent
