I plan to post current paintings on my blog site. I'm not much of a writer but I do love to paint. I do oils and pastels and I teach workshops. I plan to sometimes post demos and talk about how to create a painting as well.

I am amazed, proud and honored to have "Getting into Trees" 18 x 24 oil, accepted into the 2018 Oil Painters of America's National Juried Show. This is the hardest show to get into and one that has eluded me often. So excited!
Some of you may recognize the opening and tree...I have done a different version in the past. In this one, I wanted to expand to have more of the dark trees on either side and simplify some of the color 18 x 24 oil on canvas
