I plan to post current paintings on my blog site. I'm not much of a writer but I do love to paint. I do oils and pastels and I teach workshops. I plan to sometimes post demos and talk about how to create a painting as well.

On a break
This 9 x 12 was started as a demo in my Monday oil class but finished in the studio. I feel like these city scenes are getting too tight and am attempting to figure out how to change that
I absolutely love this Aline!! It reminds me of my first years of marriage when I lived in Brooklyn ..... Yes, this is a bit tighter than your norm but I think in a city scene like this ...it works... Because it's tight but yet!!! I hope you so more city scenes... I'm doing another Chinatown scene...it will take a long time since its in oils...SO I'll do some portraits in between ...lol. Enjoy your weekend...
