I plan to post current paintings on my blog site. I'm not much of a writer but I do love to paint. I do oils and pastels and I teach workshops. I plan to sometimes post demos and talk about how to create a painting as well.

Watercolors
A couple of paintings from my off and on watercolor journey
These are GREAT, Aline! I love your cows, especially the blue-greens behind them. I've been playing with watercolor a bit, too, & it's fun. Do you ever use it as an underpainting for pastels? You seem like you'd be more in the 'minimalist' camp & wouldn't bother with underpaintings for pastels. I really prefer the way you let colored grounds show through in your pastels. You convey so much with so few strokes that an underpainting just isn't needed. (Your cows remind me of JMW Turner's cows!) L&K, MaryFace
