I plan to post current paintings on my blog site. I'm not much of a writer but I do love to paint. I do oils and pastels and I teach workshops. I plan to sometimes post demos and talk about how to create a painting as well.

I struggled with this one. I thought it would happen easily but then the colors were really pretty bland. I had to make it my own and add highlights and sometimes color that wasn't there to brighten it up
Wow. You must live in a much prettier area than I do. I always add lots of color that isn't there. This is a lovely piece--the composition/design is perfect & the deep space keeps me gazing into it. I learn so much from you! Thanks. MaryB
PS-Hanover Pks & Rec sells recordings of all your demos so I can get the whole set! Yay. I always fail to attend live-stream events for some reason. I'm just not a screen person. MB
This is a beautiful painting - isn't it funny how when you think something is going to go quickly and easily that it takes you on a more difficult path! I am struggling with a painting of mine that I thought was going to be fairly simple as well! I haven't blogged about it yet, but will. Thank you Aline!
