I plan to post current paintings on my blog site. I'm not much of a writer but I do love to paint. I do oils and pastels and I teach workshops. I plan to sometimes post demos and talk about how to create a painting as well.

I love studying your compositions, Aline. I squint & immediately see the strong abstract design--I'd like to see that in all of my paintings, too. I also study your ratio of neutrals to saturated color. I'm getting better at 'mixing' pastels to get elegant neutrals & it is exciting. Finally,thanks so much for your comments on "jurying." Learning that you didn't get in a show you'd judged the year prior has pretty much made my Fear of Art Contests evaporate! Now, if I can just beyond my Extreme Laziness, I'll be all set.
