Fine Art Connoisseur

Wow.  Fine Art Connoisseur chose my painting, "Charleston Interior" to be included in this month's issue article "Looking Inside".  I am in awe of the other artists they chose and really honored to be included with them!

  1. Congratulations! You deserve this and more. You inspire me more with each posting of a new work. Would you ever consider doing an online course? I cannot travel anymore, and found e-courses to be very helpful. I watched you do a demo and it was fabulous! Thank you, Charlene

    1. Hi Charlene...thank you! Not sure about a on line course and how that would work. Where do you live?

    2. Twenty miles north of New Orleans, Louisiana. I am currently on my third e-course with Melinda Cootsona, a Bay Area Artist. I have taken Color 1, 2, and Abstraction of the Figure. Her format is exceptional. Passwords are sent to each participant for the course and private FB group. She critiques each work, with written examples and painterly corrections with Procreate. She is a oil, cold wax, figure artist. I work with oil, pastels, and charcoal. The later after several surgeries to my neck and right arm. Hence no more traveling to workshops. You spoke so well and clearly defined your techniques in the demo I watched. I am sure you would be great. I get your posts via auto email, maybe one day I will see an option for an e-course. Until then keep sending your beautiful work. Charlene

    3. Aline, one of my friends has joined Karen Margulis on a Patreon page. We both have auto blog emails from KM. When I began painting I elected to receive auto email posts from several artist's (your's included) working in different mediums. Your's posting were a win, win, because you paint in oil and pastel. I received one from another oil painter who is just getting started on Patreon. This may be another online avenue to market your abilities and work.
