New Mexico Sky
My demo from this morning and 11 x 14 oil on canvas, New Mexico Sky.
Aline, I love this painting. My eye goes to the sky even though the foreground is a huge expanse of golds. You really know how to 'abstract' the landscape exquisitely. This would make a great HUGE painting, like those you see in Architectural Digest (big bucks, Aline...). I also love your Croatia paintings. Your eye for composition & use of complements teaches me so much. Thanks for posting your work! L&K, MaryB
Thanks Mary. The sky in the photo was blue with tons of white clouds but I thought the painting would have more drama this way so I am especially grateful you like the sky!
And a beautiful demo it is Aline! I love the barn!!!! Gorgeous work as always!
