Shoreline

More Maine shoreline paintings. I was particularly attracted to the colors of the rocks

Bathers

One of the bigger paintings I've done, I saw these bathers at the Quarry and designed this painting with various scenes I saw.

Seagulls

Lots of seagulls hang out at the quarry in Maine. This was a difficult painting. I had two heros for too long...the rocks and the seagulls. I hope I have resolved this.

Sea Rocks

Home from Maine now...but missing it. This is the shoreline pretty much everywhere. Painting rocks is always a challenge...to make them look like rocks but be interesting as shapes and colors as well.

Lone Biker Maine

A favorite activity here in Maine...biking. Beautiful houses along the roads and the sea on the other side.

yellow wharf in Maine

This wharf is a beautiful sight on the island. It was painted yellow apparently because that's the paint that was available. Lucky for the artist as it's a feast for the eyes and color palette.
