Well, it was sunny this morning...first day at Swans Island in Maine.  Went out to paint early...which was fun, and all...but frankly, being buzzed by bees and horseflies takes a bit of the joy out of plein air painting

Had a fabulous time teaching at Artspace in Morristown, NJ.  Julie Friedman has done an amazing job here.  She has a great space and she teaches, has other artists' in studios and sets a lovely tone.  Wonderful experience
