IAPS 2026

I had a wonderful time teaching and observing other artists' demos at what will now be the last IAPS (International Association of Pastel Societies) to be held.  I had an amazing time and will be sad to see it not continue.

Here is my demonstration from my class I taught there that was about doing a landscape with figures.  It is a 12 x 16 Pastel

ACADIA MAINE PLEIN AIR

I had a magical week with three other amazing artists in Acadia in Maine.  Barbara Jaenicke, Lyn Asselta and Anne Strutz.  It was both inspirational and intimidating!  I am more of a studio artist so the challenge was on.  But, being with them and just taking my time to learn was a great experience.  And they were wonderful women to hang with too!  Here are my 8 x 10 oils.
